Chicken Tacos or Burritos

Very easy!

Remove bones and skin (if not already done) from cooked chicken breast. Chop or shred. Add 1 teaspoon of Aunt Fossie’s Chicken BBQ Sauce and mix, if still very dry add another teaspoon. Most likely won’t need more than 1 tablespoon. Suggestion but not a requirement: Refrigerate for 1 hour or more so that the sauce is completely absorbed in the chicken.

Now make your own tacos or burritos with an easy and low fat substitute for ground beef. Easier kitchen clean up too!
