1 cup diced chicken
4 TBSP Aunt Fossies Barbeque Sauce
2 Medium baked potatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Butter
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheddar/Jack cheese
Optional: Scallions and Bacon
Bake potatoes as usual. Heat chicken with sauce til warm. Remove potato and fill with butter, cheese and chicken. Run back in the oven under broiler for 3 minutes til cheese is melted.
Serve with sour cream, scallions and Bacon.
