1 c cooked diced leftover chicken
garlic salt to taste
1 T Craisins (may substitute raisins if in a pinch)
2 tsp Baby Damian’s Raspberry Habanero sauce or to taste (available at Mrs. Marshall's 804-355-1305)
1 T mayonnaise (or to taste)
2 T Raspberry yogurt (OK to snack on the remainder!)
Sprinkle garlic salt on chicken and toss. Mix hot sauce with mayo and yogurt. Add chicken and Craisins. Mix gently. This is not really very hot, but you can tell there's some heat. Feel free to adjust the hot sauce according to your preference.
